Girls in grades Kindergarten through six, wear a blue plaid jumper and either a white peter pan collared shirt or a white turtleneck. Seventh and eighth grade girls wear blue plaid skirts and light blue cotton knit golf shirts. All girls wear navy blue knee socks or navy blue tights and blue oxfords with light non-marking soles. Boys wear white or navy dress socks with black oxfords with light non-marking soles. The children may purchase school sweaters also. This is the only sweater they may wear in school.

Saint Katherine's also has an optional summer uniform. Children are not required to wear this uniform, but from May 15 through the end of the school year, and after the first week of school until October 1, they may wear this cooler outfit. It is a unisex uniform of light blue tee shirt with SKS logo on it and dark blue cotton knit shorts. The students wear this uniform with blue or white socks and school shoes or regulation gym sneakers.
